1.Power system

[1].This mobile lighting tower is equipped with high-quality engines from two brands. Both engines adopt a three-cylinder, water-cooled, four-stroke design. The intake method is natural aspiration, and the emissions meet the conventional standards. They operate stably and are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, capable of adapting to the complex working environments outdoors. They can be flexibly selected according to the needs:

①KUBOTA D1105 / YANMAR 3TNV76: The engine power is 12.6/10.7 kw respectively, with a rated speed of 1500 rpm;

②CHANGCHAI 3M78 / CZ380Q: The engine power is 11.5/14.3 kw respectively, with a rated speed of 1500 rpm, providing sufficient power support for the long-term operation of the lighting tower.

[2].The lighthouse is equipped with a 90-liter large fuel tank, allowing for continuous operation for up to 65 hours, significantly enhancing the working efficiency.

[3].The generator is standardly equipped with the XINGNUO brand. The rated voltage is 230/240 - 120V (50/60Hz). The motor insulation class is H level, and the protection level reaches IP65. It has excellent insulation and waterproof/dustproof performance, and can adapt to harsh outdoor weather conditions.

2.Drive & Control System

[1].In terms of the lighting system, two configuration options are provided. Both types of lights have sufficient brightness and a wide illumination range, which can meet the lighting needs of different scenarios:

①Metal halide floodlights (1000W*4), with a luminous flux of up to 440,000 lm;

②LED lights (400W*4), with a luminous flux of 224,000 lm.

[2].It adopts a hydraulic lifting mechanism, enabling a height adjustment of up to 9 meters. The lamp pole is divided into 8 sections, ensuring smooth lifting and easy operation. [3].In terms of the drive system, the lighthouse is equipped with adjustable drawbars and telescopic adjustable guide wheels, which makes the movement flexible and convenient. The maximum towing speed can reach 80 km/h.

[4].The suspension system adopts leaf springs, and the braking system is a single-axle without braking design. It ensures stable driving and is suitable for various road conditions.

[5].The equipment operates with very low noise. The noise level at a distance of 7 meters is only 72 dB, effectively reducing noise interference to the surrounding environment.

The 330° rotation and electrically adjustable lamps allow the light to be aligned with long and narrow road work zones.

Highway Maintenance and Night Repairs

The unit can support pavement repair, guardrail maintenance, road marking, accident-site cleanup and temporary lane-closure lighting.

Its towable chassis allows maintenance teams to move the light tower between locations, while the approximately 65-hour operating time reduces refueling interruptions.

Mining and Quarry Operations

Suitable for open-pit mines, quarries, loading zones, haul roads, equipment maintenance areas and night-shift operations.

The 90-liter tank is useful at remote worksites where fuel access is limited. The 9-meter mast and high luminous output help illuminate areas used by excavators, loaders and haul trucks.
