The front steel wheel rear pneumatic tire roller adopts a differentiated design of "front steel rolling wheel + rear pneumatic tire assembly", taking into account both the vibration compaction penetration force and the tire's kneading compactness, achieving the dual functions of "efficient compaction + fine adjustment". The steel wheel is responsible for deep compaction of the roadbed soil, sand and gravel cushion layer, while the tire is responsible for compacting the asphalt pavement and stable soil base layer. It is suitable for continuous construction of "foundation - surface layer" and multi-stage operations.

What is the function of a road roller?
The core function of a road roller is to compact road-building materials such as soil, sand, gravel and asphalt mixture through its own weight or vibratory impact force. This improves the compactness, flatness and stability of the compacted materials, reduces their porosity, enhances load-bearing and anti-deformation capacity, and ensures the construction quality and service life of roads, foundations, dykes and other engineering projects.

The ST2000C adopts the classic structure of front steel wheels and rear tires, balancing both the compaction strength and driving stability, and is suitable for the compaction of various types of materials.



1.Power system
CHANGCHAI Power: Equipped with a 3M78 diesel four-stroke three-cylinder engine,with an output power of 19KW and a rated speed of 3200rpm.It offers powerful performance, suitable for high-intensity continuous operations; 
KUBOTA Power: Equipped with a D1105 diesel four-stroke three-cylinder engine,with an output power of 18.2KW and a rated speed of 3000rpm. It has low fuel consumption and high reliability,suitable for complex outdoor construction.
It is equipped with a 12V stable power supply system, intermittent electronic pressure water spraying, a molded plastic water tank with a capacity of 160L, a fuel tank of 36L, hydraulic oil of 45L, emulsified liquid of 35L, and lubricating oil of 1.4L. The range is long-lasting.

2.Drive & Control System
The variable plunger pump is used for stepless speed control, with a speed range of 0-8 km/h. It can precisely control the driving speed according to the construction requirements.
The theoretical climbing ability reaches 30%-35%, and the 8° swing angle design enables stable progress even on steep slopes, making it suitable for complex terrains.



The front vibrating steel wheels are driven by a hydraulic motor. With a 65Hz high-frequency vibration and an amplitude of 0.5mm, and a powerful vibration force of 35kN, it has high compaction efficiency and sufficient density, meeting the compaction requirements of various materials.



3.Size
Operating weight: 2150kg. The sturdy body ensures uniform compaction.
The front wheels are 1000mm wide and 630mm in diameter with 12mm thick steel rollers.
The rear wheels are equipped with 4 tires of 630*200 specification (total width 980mm).
The working width of the machine is 1150mm, the total length is 2345mm, the total height is 1860-2535mm, the wheelbase is 1565mm. It is flexible and suitable for adapting to narrow working spaces and small-scale engineering projects.

·  During the operation of the equipment, do not perform cleaning or maintenance work. Rotating parts may cause personal injury.
·  It is strictly prohibited to clean parts with gasoline, other fuels or flammable solvents, especially in enclosed areas; the fumes volatilized from fuels and solvents are prone to accumulation, which may cause explosions.
·  Regularly check the external buttons of the equipment to ensure their normal functions.
·  Provide professional operation and safety training to equipment operators on a regular basis.
·  Do not operate the equipment in areas with flammable substances, fuel or flammable vapors.
·  After the equipment is out of service, turn off the engine immediately, store it in a clean, dry area out of the reach of children, and ensure standardized storage.
·  Do not remove the air filter cover, paper filter element and pre-cleaner while the engine is running.
