ST2000C 2 Ton Road Roller with Dozer Blade for Asphalt and Road Construction
STORIKE ST2000C Road Roller with Dozer Blade: Compaction, Cleaning and Preliminary Leveling in One Machine
In road construction, parking lot projects, municipal maintenance and small-site preparation work, contractors often need to remove loose stones, soil and excess materials before beginning compaction. Frequently changing machines increases working time, labor requirements and equipment costs.
To improve jobsite efficiency, STORIKE has developed a front-mounted dozer blade configuration for the ST2000C single-drum vibratory roller with rear pneumatic tires. With this design, the machine can perform not only compaction, but also light material pushing, surface cleaning and preliminary leveling.
Combining Front Drum Vibration with Rear-Tire Kneading
The ST2000C is a 2-ton-class ride-on vibratory roller featuring a front steel drum and rear pneumatic tires.
The front drum provides vibration for compacting asphalt, gravel, sand, soil and road-base materials. The rear pneumatic tires apply static pressure and a kneading action to the surface, helping reduce voids and produce a smoother, more uniform finish.
Compared with a conventional tandem roller, this front-drum and rear-tire design is especially suitable for road repairs, parking lots, factory roads and small asphalt construction projects.

What Can the Front Dozer Blade Do?
The front-mounted dozer blade is designed to assist before, during and after compaction. It can be raised or lowered according to the jobsite conditions.
1. Clear Stones and Obstacles from the Compaction Path
As the roller moves forward, the blade can push loose stones, soil clumps and scattered materials away from the working path.
This helps prevent unwanted materials from affecting the drum and improves the consistency of the final compaction result.
2. Spread Loose Soil and Gravel
Before compaction begins, the dozer blade can be used to roughly spread locally accumulated soil, gravel, sand or road-base material.
Creating a more even surface before rolling reduces manual shovel work and improves efficiency on small construction projects.
3. Assist with Shoulder and Site Leveling
The blade can help prepare road shoulders, backfilled areas, parking lots, residential roads, factory yards and other uneven surfaces.
After preliminary leveling, the operator can immediately begin compaction without changing to another machine.
4. Remove Loose Material During Roadwork
During asphalt repair or road-base construction, small amounts of loose material may remain along the rolling path.
The front blade can move this material away or collect it in a designated area, keeping the compaction route clean and organized.
5. Improve Equipment Utilization
Not every municipal or small contractor project requires a large bulldozer.
The ST2000C roller with a dozer blade can handle light pushing, cleaning, preliminary grading and compaction with one compact machine. This can reduce the number of machines required on site and lower equipment transportation and labor costs.
Recommended Applications
The machine is suitable for asphalt repair and patch compaction, parking lots, industrial roads, gravel roads, road-base compaction, trench backfill, sidewalks, residential developments, road-shoulder preparation, small construction sites and municipal maintenance projects.
The front blade is intended for light pushing, cleaning and preliminary leveling. It is not designed to replace a professional bulldozer for large-scale excavation or heavy earthmoving operations.
