1.Power System

- The ST2500U paver is equipped with three mature 3-cylinder four-stroke water-cooled diesel engine configurations, which ensure efficient output for various compaction operations:

2.Drive & Control System

- By adopting an advanced variable plunger pump stepless speed regulation system combined with a dual-wheel drive motor parallel structure, a stepless speed adjustment range of 0-8 km/h is achieved. The operation speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the construction conditions.

- The theoretical climbing ability is 30/35%, and the hydraulic cylinder articulated steering is combined with the swing articulated system. The minimum outer turning radius is only 2910mm, enabling flexible control even in narrow construction sites.

- The intermittent pressure spraying water system is equipped with a 160L large water tank, effectively preventing asphalt from adhering to the wheels. The 45L hydraulic oil capacity ensures the long-term stable operation of the hydraulic system.

- Equipped with an efficient vibration system driven by hydraulic motors, it supports two modes: single-wheel vibration (at a frequency of 68Hz and an excitation force of 20kN) and dual-wheel vibration (at a frequency of 46Hz and an excitation force of 10kN).
