What is an asphalt paver machine?
Asphalt pavers are core construction equipment in road engineering, primarily used to evenly lay hot-mixed asphalt mixture (also adaptable to concrete) onto the road subgrade. Via the screed, they perform preliminary leveling, compaction, and heating, thereby laying the groundwork for the final compaction and shaping by subsequent rollers.

1.Power system
The STPM155 is equipped with a Kubota D722 water-cooled engine, delivering a rated power of 9.5Kw and complying with Euro 5 and EPA emission standards. This ensures clean, efficient performance while meeting global environmental regulations. The water-cooling system maintains optimal operating temperatures even during long shifts, extending engine life and reducing downtime. With a 5.5L fuel tank and fuel-efficient design, the machine balances power and economy, making it ideal for prolonged use on small to medium-sized projects.

2.Drive & Control System
Equipped with a hydrostatic drive system and hydraulic steering device, it delivers precise and responsive handling. With an internal turning radius of just 950mm, it enables agile maneuvering in confined spaces; the single-speed travel motor with a brake ensures safe and stable operation. The hydraulic system uses a high-quality series piston pump (displacement: 21 mL/stroke, rated pressure: 17 MPa), making it well-adapted to small-scale projects without any hassle.​



Reversible conveyor belt and automatic auger ensure continuous and uniform material feeding, with a maximum theoretical paving capacity of 35 tons per hour and a paving speed of up to 25 meters per minute. The standard heated screed (with optional vibration function) guarantees a smooth and dense paving process.



3.Size
As a compact, portable mini paver, the STPM155 excels in tight work areas. Its standard paving width ranges from 900-1450mm, extendable to 1450mm and contractible to 300mm, adapting to sidewalks, bike lanes, and narrow roads. With an operating weight of 1450kg and dimensions of 3015*1220*1495mm, it is easily transported by small trailers or trucks. The 0.7m³ hopper and 475mm operator platform height enhance efficiency and ergonomics, minimizing operator fatigue during long jobs.
