1.Power system
Equipped with the Xinchai 490 four-cylinder 3.3L engine,with a rated power of 35.7kW and a maximum torque of 200N·M at 1600rpm, the engine offers stable power performance capable of handling heavy-duty operations such as loading and crushing under high-intensity conditions;
The hydraulic system has a rated flow of 66.2L/min and a safety pressure of 180Bar,the bucket has a digging force of 22000N,and can efficiently load hard soil and crushed stones.
Standard features include a 0.35m³ bucket and a radial lifting mechanism.The maximum unloading height is 2551mm,suitable for loading by medium-sized trucks.The 88L large fuel tank ensures long-term continuous operation.

2.Drive & Control System
The system adopts a static hydraulic closed-loop transmission, combined with a dual-annular disc type axial piston variable pump and a dual-radius piston fixed displacement motor (optional dual-radius disc variable speed motor). The power transmission is smooth and efficient, with stable movement and strong traction.
The 800S-1R-60 specification chain is combined with 10.0(12.0)-16.5 special tires, suitable for various complex terrains. The walking speed of 12 km/h balances the operation efficiency and the convenience of transfer.



The machine is designed with a 1050mm short wheelbase, enabling it to achieve 360° steering while stationary. It can flexibly adjust its working posture in narrow spaces, with no operational blind spots.
The total working weight of the machine is 2950kg, with a rated load of 870kg and a overturning load of 1740kg. It has excellent stability during operation, and there is no risk of rollover even under heavy-load conditions.



3.Size
The maximum height of the cab roof is only 2007mm. With the bucket attached, the total length is 3433mm. Without attachments, the length is 2571mm. The total width of the tire edge is 1740mm, and the width of the bucket edge is 1800mm. It can easily enter narrow spaces such as factories, basements, corridors, and greenhouses that large equipment cannot reach for operations.
