What is a small excavator?
Small excavators are compact earthmoving machinery, also known as mini or small excavators. Their core features include tailless rotation and rubber tracks. The body is narrow, the turning radius is small, and the transportation is convenient. They cause less ground damage and can be equipped with various attachments to perform multiple operations such as excavation, crushing, and loading. They are suitable for narrow areas that large equipment cannot access.

1.Power system
The power system is equipped with a 18.2kw three-cylinder structure engine from KUBOTA D1703.The power output is stable and it complies with Euro 5/EPA4 emission standards. It can easily meet the power demands in complex working conditions.
The hydraulic system adopts a 22.5Mpa high-pressure design. Combined with a maximum digging force of 30.4KN for the bucket and 18.2KN for the boom, the digging efficiency is outstanding. The rotation speed can be adjusted from 1 to 11 rpm, making the operation steering flexible and precise, and significantly improving the construction efficiency.

2.Drive & Control System
The equipment adopts a crawler drive system, equipped with a 300mm wide steel crawler plate. It has a large ground contact area and strong grip force, effectively reducing the ground contact pressure. It is suitable for operations in soft ground, mountainous areas and other complex terrains, avoiding slipping and sinking. The drive system supports high and low speed switching, ranging from 2.4km/h to 4.4km/h, balancing the mobility efficiency and operational stability.。



The equipment operates with precise and sensitive control, and has excellent radius control. The rear rotation radius is only 870mm, and the minimum rotation radius is 2530mm. It can perform flexible operations in narrow spaces. The left and right swing angles of the boom are 55° (left) and 65° (right) respectively, combined with a maximum climbing ability of 30°, it is suitable for multi-angle and high-gradient operation scenarios, and the control experience is smooth and efficient.



3.Size
PC35.3 Self-weight: 3810kg. Overall dimensions: 4915mm × 1755mm × 2525mm. Track contact length: 1670mm. Track gauge: 1420mm. Equipped with a minimum ground clearance of 295mm, which not only ensures the stability of the machine but also enables it to easily pass over raised obstacles.
Working range: Maximum digging height: 4800mm; Maximum dumping height: 3406mm; Maximum digging depth: 3208mm; Maximum digging radius: 5480mm. It can meet various operational requirements such as excavation, crushing, loading, and leveling.
