The 4TN4000B mobile lighting tower integrates advanced power supply, drive and control systems. It features a reasonable size design and wide application range, and can effectively meet the lighting needs in fields such as night operations and emergency rescue.



1.Power system
This product is equipped with two optional engines, both of which are three-cylinder, water-cooled, four-stroke engine types. They have strong power and stable operation, and can meet the requirements of long-term continuous work.
YANMAR 3TNV76 model: Power is 10.7KW
CHANGCHAI 3M78/CZ380Q model: Power can be selected as 11.5KW or 14.3KW, meeting the power output requirements for different scenarios. 
The power system adopts the E-TVS combustion method and the natural intake air method, with emissions meeting the conventional standards, balancing environmental protection and practicality.
The engine frequency is stabilized at 1500 rpm, ensuring uniform power output and providing stable support for the lighting system and mobile system.
The generator is equipped with the XINGNUO brand, with a rated voltage of 230/240 - 120V (compatible with 50/60Hz), the motor insulation grade is H level, and the protection level reaches IP23, effectively resisting outdoor dust and minor water stains, and prolonging the equipment's service life. 
The fuel tank capacity is 90 liters. Coupled with the efficient fuel utilization rate, it enables continuous operation for 80 hours without the need for frequent refueling, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
The equipment is powered by a key start system, which is easy and quick to operate. There are no complex procedures involved and a single person can complete the start-up operation.

2.Drive & Control System
The mobile lighting tower has excellent driving performance and can be flexibly towed for movement. The maximum towing speed can reach 100 KM/H, which is convenient for long-distance transportation and suitable for quick switching to different operation sites. 
Lighting control system: Equipped with LED headlights, you can choose between yellow or white light according to your needs. The luminous flux is as high as 140,000 lm, providing sufficient brightness and a wide lighting coverage range, which can meet the lighting requirements for large outdoor areas. 
The lighting is configured with 17 48W lamps. The lighting intensity is uniform, the light is soft and not dazzling, avoiding the glare from nighttime lighting that may affect work safety. 
The maximum wind resistance speed of the equipment is 20 meters per second. It can withstand strong outdoor wind conditions and ensure stable operation even in harsh environments, thereby safeguarding operational safety. 



Noise control: At a distance of 7 meters, the noise level is only 72 decibels, which is significantly lower than the industry average, effectively reducing noise interference to the surrounding environment and the workers.



3.Size
Size: Length is 3300MM, width is 2400MM (can reach 4350MM when unfolded), height is 2000MM (can reach 4600MM when unfolded). When unfolded, the lighting coverage area is wider, and when folded, the volume is small, making it convenient for storage and transportation.
Weight: 1100KG, moderate weight, easy to be towed and moved, no need for large equipment to assist in transportation.
The equipment is equipped with 14-inch tires, which are wear-resistant and durable, suitable for stable driving on various road surfaces;
