The 4VA4000 mobile lighting tower can meet various outdoor night operation and emergency lighting needs. It provides safe, stable and clear lighting support for scenarios such as night construction, emergency rescue, and large-scale events. 1.Power system
This lighthouse can be equipped with either the Kama or CHANGCHAI brand 186F single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The rated power is 6KW. It is compatible with a 50Hz frequency and 3000rpm speed, providing stable power and suitable for complex outdoor environments.
The engine meets the TIER 4 environmental protection standard. The 38L fuel tank can support continuous operation for 28 hours. It uses a brushless single-phase AC generator and H-level insulation, ensuring stable power supply and high durability. 
The lighting can be provided by 4 1000W gold-halogen lamps (with a total luminous flux of 440,000 lm) or 4 400W LED lamps (with a total luminous flux of 224,000 lm). The illumination distance is all 100 meters, which can meet the lighting needs for large areas at night.

2.Drive & Control System
Lifting system: It adopts a manual lifting and manual adjustment of stable legs method. It is equipped with a four-section lifting rod and supports vertical lifting. The maximum lifting height can reach 7 meters. The height of the lamp pole can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual lighting requirements, and it is suitable for various operation scenarios. 
The equipment has a wind resistance rating of up to level 8, capable of withstanding strong winds in outdoor environments. Even in harsh weather conditions, it can operate stably and ensure the normal conduct of lighting operations. 
The design features a hexagonal rubber axle (without brakes), which offers excellent shock absorption and can effectively alleviate the jolts during the movement of the equipment;
Equipped with 13-inch tires and rims, the tires have strong grip and enable flexible and convenient movement, facilitating the quick transfer of the equipment between different working areas. 



In terms of electrical control, it is equipped with a 230V, 10A output socket. The rated voltage is 230V. The overall circuit design complies with safety standards and has excellent insulation performance. This effectively avoids potential safety hazards such as leakage and short circuits, ensuring the personal safety of operators.
