What is a small excavator?
Small excavators are compact earthmoving machinery, also known as mini or small excavators. Their core features include tailless rotation and rubber tracks. The body is narrow, the turning radius is small, and the transportation is convenient. They cause less ground damage and can be equipped with various attachments to perform multiple operations such as excavation, crushing, and loading. They are suitable for narrow areas that large equipment cannot access.

1.Power system
PC65.3 excavator is equipped with two high-performance engines as options. Both adopt a 4-cylinder design and are compatible with a rotational speed of 2000 rpm. They operate smoothly and are perfectly suited to different regional emission standards and operational requirements.
KUBOTA V2607 engine: The output power can reach 43kw, featuring strong power and low fuel consumption, meeting Euro 5/EPA4 emission standards;
YANMAR 4TNV94L engine: It provides an output power of 36.2KW, demonstrating excellent reliability and low noise performance, meeting China's Stage III emission standards.
The hydraulic system pressure reaches 28Mpa. Combined with a maximum bucket digging force of 48KN and a maximum stick digging force of 35KN, the operational efficiency exceeds that of similar models. The 11rpm rotation speed enables quicker action switching, significantly enhancing construction efficiency.

2.Drive & Control System
The equipment adopts a professional crawler drive system, equipped with a 400mm wide crawler plate, which has a large ground contact area and strong grip force, effectively reducing the ground contact pressure. It is suitable for operations on soft ground and muddy areas without being prone to getting stuck.
The crawler's ground contact length (axle spacing) is 2020mm, the crawler track width is 1560mm. The driving speed can be adjusted between high and low speeds, ranging from 2.4km/h to 4.3km/h. Combined with a maximum climbing angle of 35°, it can be flexibly switched according to the operation scenario, balancing both mobility efficiency and operation accuracy.



The hydraulic system performs exceptionally well,maintaining a stable pressure of 28 Mpa.It provides precise power support for actions such as digging,rotating,and lifting,ensuring smooth operation without any stalling. Even beginners can quickly master it,significantly reducing the difficulty of the operation.



3.Size
The overall dimensions are 5802mm×1960mm×2420mm.The machine is flexible and not cumbersome.The equipment weighs 5700kg.It is equipped with a 1520mm rear turning radius and a minimum turning radius of 2389mm. During operation, it occupies a small space and can operate flexibly in restricted environments such as building gaps and indoor sites,avoiding collisions and wear and tear.
The minimum ground clearance is 380mm.The standard bucket capacity is 0.21m³,the maximum digging height is 5928mm,the maximum digging depth is 4158mm,the maximum digging radius is 6162mm,and the maximum discharge height is 4228mm. The operation range is wide,meeting various operation requirements such as digging,discharging, and crushing.
