How to maintain the vibrating wheel of a road roller

The vibration bearing on the vibration wheel is lubricated with 30 # diesel engine oil;

The oil level of the vibrating wheel must be checked every 250 working hours (monthly);

The oil level of the vibrating wheel must be replaced every 2000 working hours (annually).

Method for checking the lubricating oil level of vibration bearings:

——Start the small roller so that the refueling plug (large plug) is at the highest point;

——Clean the plug area;

——Unscrew the lower oil level plug (small plug);

——Unscrew the oil filling plug (large plug) and add a little lubricating oil. When lubricating oil flows out of the oil level hole (small plug), stop adding oil until no oil flows out of the oil level hole;

——Tighten each screw plug again.

Note: The large screw plug is both a refueling hole and a drain hole.
