The mobile lighting tower, with its stable power system, flexible operation design, reasonable size layout and wide range of applicable scenarios, has become an ideal lighting solution for outdoor operations, emergency rescue and other scenarios.



1.Power system
The mobile lighting tower SMLV400AB is equipped with a high-performance power supply system, which can flexibly adapt to various power supply requirements, balancing stability and practicality.
The gasoline generator uses the HONDA EC4000CX or LONCIN LC3500 model, featuring powerful power and excellent fuel economy;
The diesel generator selects the ANMAX DG3500CLE, which is durable, has a long range, and is suitable for long-term outdoor operations. 
The core equipment is a single-phase AC generator with a frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 220V, ensuring the stability of lighting power supply.
The maximum output power is 3.2kva and the rated power is 3kva, allowing for continuous operation for 13 hours.
The 25L fuel tank extends the range of operation, and the 68kg engine is combined with a standardized size of 590*430*435mm, balancing portability and later maintenance. 

2.Drive & Control System
The movement mode is push-type design, combined with a stable supporting structure, which enables the staff to move flexibly in outdoor areas and easily adjust the lighting position.
The lighting support adopts a three-section lifting rod design, supporting manual lifting operation. The lifting range can be flexibly adjusted within 1700-5000mm, and can precisely adjust the lighting height according to the work requirements.
When the lighthouse is working, the inclination angle needs to be controlled within 10°,and the wind resistance grade can reach 6 levels. It can work normally in outdoor complex weather conditions, ensuring the continuity and stability of the lighting. 



Lighting System: Both models can select the appropriate lighting power according to the operation requirements,meeting the brightness requirements of different scenarios.
The SMLV400A uses metal halide lamps and offers two power options of 400*2W and 400*4W, with corresponding luminous fluxes of 72,000lm and 144,000lm.The light is bright and has a wide coverage area.
The SMLV400B uses LED lamps and is equipped with two power options of 200*2W and 200*4W, with a luminous flux of up to 56,000lm and 112,000lm. It is energy-efficient, durable, and has a longer lifespan.



3.Size
Engine dimensions: 590*430*435mm.Standardized design facilitates unified storage and batch transportation.The flat placement size of the support system is 1585*1740mm, and the folded size is 1250*860mm. After folding,the volume is significantly reduced,making it suitable for long-distance transportation and temporary outdoor storage.
Weight: The weight of SMLV400A without the generator is 112kg,and the weight of SMLV400B without the generator is 116kg.The weight is moderate.Combined with the push-type mobile design,a single person can complete short-distance movement, and multiple people can quickly complete site layout and storage through collaboration.
